Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 13, 2026
Awesome City LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Repworks for iOS (the "App" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using Repworks, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
You can use Repworks without an account. Without an account, your workout data stays on your device and is not sent to us. If you sign in to back up and sync your data, we collect the account information and workout data described below. The information in Section 1.5 is collected automatically whether or not you sign in.
1.1 Account Information
Repworks uses third-party sign-in exclusively. When you create an account, we collect:
- Name: Your name as provided by Apple or Google during sign-in
- Email address: Your email address as provided by Apple or Google (Apple users may choose to use a private relay email address)
- Unique identifier: A provider-issued identifier used to authenticate your account
1.2 Sign in with Apple
When you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive limited information from Apple to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password. If you choose to use a private relay email address, Apple forwards our communications to your actual email address without revealing it to us. You can manage your Sign in with Apple preferences and revoke the App's access at any time through your Apple ID settings.
1.3 Sign in with Google
When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and unique identifier from Google. Google may also include a link to your profile photo, which we do not store. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can manage your Google sign-in preferences and revoke the App's access at any time through your Google account settings.
1.4 Workout Data
When you sign in and sync, we store the content you create in Repworks, including:
- Routines, including the exercises, targets, and notes in them
- Workout sessions and the sets you log, including weight, repetitions, duration, distance, perceived exertion, and notes
- Custom exercises and equipment you add
- The equipment you mark as available to you
- Your settings, such as measurement units and default rest time
This content is private to your account. Repworks has no social features, and other users cannot see it.
1.5 Information Collected Automatically
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect certain information automatically, including:
- Device information (device type, operating system, device identifiers)
- Usage data (features used, time spent in app)
- Performance and crash data (app crashes, errors, diagnostics)
Repworks does not use advertising software. When the App contacts our servers, for example to download the exercise library or to sync, our servers record standard request information, including:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- The type of request and whether it succeeded
We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash and usage statistics that do not identify you.
1.6 Information We Do Not Collect
Repworks does not collect:
- Your location
- Photos, or access to your camera or microphone
- Your contacts
- Health data from Apple Health
- Advertising identifiers
- Device tokens for push notifications. Reminders such as the rest timer are scheduled on your device and are not sent through our servers.
Repworks does not display advertising.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Repworks Service
- Create and manage your account
- Store your workout data and sync it between your devices
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Monitor the Service in order to maintain and improve it
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
2.1 Future Use of Information
We may introduce additional features in the future that would use your information in new ways. If we implement such features, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you of any material changes. Potential future features may include:
- Marketing Communications: Optional marketing emails or notifications about Repworks updates and features. You will be able to opt out at any time.
- Artificial Intelligence: Features that use artificial intelligence, such as routine suggestions based on your equipment and training history. Any such use will be designed to improve your experience while maintaining your privacy.
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Data Location
Repworks stores your data on your device. If you sign in, your data is also stored on servers located in the United States. By using Repworks, you consent to the transfer and storage of your information in the United States.
3.2 Data Retention
We retain your personal information and content for as long as your account remains active. Items you delete in the App are marked as deleted on our servers so that the deletion reaches your other devices, and they are permanently removed when your account is deleted. If you delete your account through the App, all of your personal information and associated content (including routines, workout sessions, and logged sets) will be permanently and immediately deleted from our active systems. There is no recovery option once an account is deleted.
Signing out does not delete your account. Data already on your device stays there until you delete it in the App or remove the App from your device.
3.3 How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Repworks account and its associated data in either of two ways:
- In the App: Delete your account from within the App. Deletion is immediate. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the App's Sign in with Apple authorization.
- By email: Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. You do not need to install or sign in to the App. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account, and we will complete your request within 30 days.
Either way, the same data is deleted as described in Section 3.2, and backup copies are purged as described in Section 3.4.
3.4 Data Backups
We maintain regular database backups to protect against data loss and ensure service reliability. These backups are stored securely and are subject to the same security measures as our primary systems. When you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems, and backup copies are purged according to our standard backup retention schedule.
3.5 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information with:
- Apple: For authentication services when you use Sign in with Apple
